OfferDispatch Sub-Processors

OfferDispatch is operated by T&K Solutions, LLC doing business as Precision Leverage Solutions ("PLS"). To provide the Service we use a small number of trusted third-party service providers ("Sub-Processors") that process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. This page is referenced by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your inputs or generated Offers to train, fine-tune, or develop any AI model.

Current Sub-Processors

Anthropic, PBC (Claude API)

Function: AI assembly and filling of forms from the information you provide (inference only). Information processed: Intake information and generated Offer text. Not used for model training.

airSlate, Inc. (SignNow)

Function: Electronic signature delivery and the signing audit trail. Information processed: Buyer-Signer name and email, the Offer document, and signing metadata such as IP address and timestamps.

Stripe, Inc.

Function: Payment processing and subscription billing. Information processed: Agent billing details. Stripe collects and stores full payment card data under its own terms; PLS receives only limited details such as card brand, the last four digits, and transaction status.

Google LLC (Google Maps Platform)

Function: Address autocomplete and verification for the subject property. Information processed: Partial and complete property address text entered by the Agent.

Smarty (SmartyStreets, LLC)

Function: Property data lookup, such as the parcel or tax identifier, from a verified address. Information processed: Subject property address.

ActiveCampaign, LLC (Postmark)

Function: Transactional and service email delivery. Information processed: Agent and Buyer-Signer email addresses and the content of service messages.

Supabase, Inc.

Function: Application database, authentication, and file storage. Information processed: Account information and all User Content, including intake information, drafts, uploaded documents, executed Offers, and audit records.

Vercel, Inc.

Function: Application hosting and infrastructure. Information processed: Technical and usage data, including IP address and request logs.

Our Sub-Processors process information in the United States.
