Accessibility Statement
Version 1.0 · Effective July 31, 2026
T&K Solutions, LLC doing business as Precision Leverage Solutions ("PLS") is committed to making OfferDispatch usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.
This statement describes where we currently stand — including what does not yet work. We would rather tell you plainly than let you find out mid-transaction.
Standard we measure against
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is the standard commonly applied to businesses under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Current status: partial conformance. Parts of the Service meet this standard and parts do not. The gaps are listed below.
What we have done
- All color combinations used in the interface have been verified against the WCAG AA contrast minimums by calculation, not by eye.
- Form fields are programmatically associated with their labels, and grouped controls use fieldsets so their group name is announced.
- The interface is operable by keyboard: a skip-to-content link, visible focus indicators on every interactive control, arrow-key navigation for tab groups, and dialogs that can be dismissed with Escape and return focus where you left it.
- Errors and status changes are announced to assistive technology rather than only shown visually.
- Automated accessibility checks run against our code on every change, so a regression fails the build before it reaches you.
Known limitations
We are not going to pretend these do not exist.
1. Offer documents (PDFs). The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors standard forms we are legally required to use are supplied to us as fixed documents. They carry a text layer and can be read by a screen reader, but they lack heading, list, and table structure, which makes navigating a long agreement difficult. More importantly, the specific terms we fill in on your behalf — purchase price, names, dates, contingencies — are placed onto the form in a way that does not reliably announce them in reading order. In practice this means a screen reader user may be able to read the contract but not reliably read the deal.
2. Electronic signing. The signing step is provided by a third party, SignNow (airSlate). It is not built by us and we cannot modify it. As of the date of this statement, SignNow does not publish an accessibility conformance report for that experience, so we cannot make any representation about how well it works with assistive technology.
3. No independent audit. Our assessment is internal. We have not yet commissioned a third-party accessibility audit.
Requesting an accessible copy or other accommodation
If any part of OfferDispatch is not usable for you, contact us and we will get you what you need in a format that works. This includes, at no cost to you:
- An accessible, plainly structured summary of every material term of your offer — parties, property, price, financing, contingencies, dates — that can be read with a screen reader.
- A document read to you, or an alternative signing arrangement, if the electronic signing step is not usable for you.
- A paper copy of any document, at any time.
You do not need to explain your disability or provide documentation to make a request.

Please include the property address and, if you have it, the offer code (shown as OD-XXXX). We will respond within 3 business days. If your request is time-sensitive because of a transaction deadline, say so in the subject line and we will prioritize it.
If you are working with a real estate agent who uses OfferDispatch, you can also make the request through them, but you are never required to.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier we have not listed, please tell us at offers@offerdispatch.com. Reports of specific problems are the fastest route to getting them fixed, and we would rather hear it from you than not know.
This statement is reviewed when the Service changes materially and at least annually. It reflects our honest assessment as of the effective date above.
